Fun Times!

We have GREAT THINGS planned for you at the Williamson-Johnson anniversary!

JULY FOURTH

Parade

On the morning of July Fourth, please join our float in the oldest Independence parade in Vermont. All wedding guests are welcome and highly encouraged to put on an Americana-themed costume and participate in the parade. This is your opportunity to dress as Uncle Sam, Susan. B. Anthony, Neil Armstrong, Elvis or even James K. Polk (the Napoleon of the Stump).

The parade begins at Ten a.m. in Wardsboro, Vermont, five miles from the Gardner Farm on Route 100.

Interested? How could you NOT be? To reserve your spot, please email the Parade Organizing Committee (co-chairs, Brad and Vanessa) so we can organize parade participants. POC Consultations regarding your costume available on request.

Cookout

The anniversary cookout will begin at five p.m. at the Gardner Farm, and will be followed by FESTIVITIES. Dinner, dancing, and music.

Dress code: PLEASANT and BECOMING. ...although if you insist on remaining in your James K. Polk costume, we will understand.

OTHER DAYS

We will be having a relaxed dinner Wednesday evening for anyone who is around. Friday and Saturday we plan to swim in the West River, play tennis, and otherwise have a good time.
